Mr. Eastwood practices in the areas of insurance law, aviation defense and medical malpractice defense.


COLLEEN KERWICK-SAVINO

Colleen Kerwick-Savino graduated with an honors Law Degree and an honors Corporate Law Degree from the National University of Ireland, Galway before becoming admitted to the first department of the New York State Bar and the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. 

Prior to joining the New York office of Dombroff Gilmore Jaques & French, Colleen was associated with one of the five oldest firms in New York where she successfully defended over a hundred negligence cases. 

Her award winning debating and professional acting compliments her courtroom skills.  Her victory in Marceca v Brooklyn Union Gas was published in the New York Law Journal, she was awarded "Long Island Public Interest Attorney of the Year" in 2006 and was listed in Marquis Who's Who of American women in 2007 and 2008.  

She is currently the Vice President of the Emerald Association, a group of predominantly Catholic lawyers and judges who host the longest running charitable Ball in America.  Mrs. Kerwick-Savino is a citizen of Ireland, permanent resident of America and has a home in the Turks & Caicos.  Her area of concentration is international aviation litigation.

Ms. Littleton specializes in legal research and civil litigation. Her background and areas of focus include aviation defense, products liability, administrative law, health and human services, and alternative dispute resolution.

Ms. Mady is an associate in the DGJF’s Chicago office. Areas of practice include transportation law, insurance defense, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she was a litigation associate handling general civil litigation matters. Ms. Mady is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the Arab American Bar Association. Ms. Mady is fluent in Arabic.

Ms. Kothari-Mears practices aviation litigation and general civil litigation for the firm.  Prior to joining the firm she handled civil litigation matters for a New Jersey firm, and was general counsel to a public health and information technology company.

Areas of Practice/Experience: Specializing in all phases of multi-state defense litigation in aviation and cargo matters including insurance coverage matters with experience in commercial litigation, general practice, plaintiff's litigation, and appellate practice.
